“Wait...That’s not supposed to be like that.”
That’s what I want viewers and consumers to think about any project I work on. That rift in their expectations, I’ve found is the key to a powerful idea which gets everyone excited and talking.
It’s what I’m always after. Finding that tension which doesn’t just help brands become a part of pop-culture, it helps them dictate it. Sometimes that becomes a product, sometimes it’s a stunt, or sometimes… it’s just one headline. But getting there? That’s what I love most. The ideas quickly jotted down on cocktail napkins, that unexpected tech glitch which suddenly has me thinking Cannes Titanium, or that moment the perfect headline stares back at me (from amongst the 5000 other lines)! And it all begins, with being briefed.
That’s why The Briefing Room. So I can collaborate with agencies and brands on solving ambitious briefs together. All I can promise is disruptive ideas, good old-school copywriting, ruthless editing, fast conversations and quick turnaround times.
