We turned speaking in foreign languages into discounts on global fashion brands.

Myntra, India’s largest online fashion store, was facing a major challenge with consumer perception. They had a vast catalogue of international brands, but to customers they were ‘Indian brand central.’

We fixed this by deploying a specially trained platform on WhatsApp, India’s favourite messaging app, and turned speaking phrases from brands’ countries of origin, into discounts on those brands. The more accurate their pronunciation, the greater their discount.
